Partnerships
Our strategic partnerships are what allows us to be able to do what we do. Access to knowledge, stories, data and experience drives our ability to explore contemporary best practice for the Western Australian dementia community.
2Flourish
2Flourish is more than an orgnaisation. Some people call it a movement, a way of being rather than a way of working. 2Flourish is a sister organisation to us.
We thank 2Flourish in WA and NSW for their hard work and vision to start our industry specific association. It was started and formed by a group of passionate and forward thinking individuals within 2Flourish WA in 2023. As an organisation, 2Flourish are a registered NDIS provider with a core program targeting early on set dementia. With dozens of staff trained and experienced in Dementia including some staff who have lived experience, 2Flourish collectively understands the needs of the community. 2Flourish's dementia program utilises the NDIS to provide unique individualised solutions for NDIS participants and their families. Providing ultimate choice and control from accommodation options to positive behaviour strategies. 2Flourish is at the leading edge of contemporary support and care for NDIS participants diagnosed with dementia with ongoing development towards new support initiatives and offering solutions to families, hospitals and NDIS stakeholders.
